Before processing your order, we will contact you to confirm the details and address any questions you may have. You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to this confirmation. Once your order is confirmed, it is considered final.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our artwork, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds after the order is confirmed, except in the rare case of damage during shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please document the issue as follows:

• Take photographs of the packaging before opening.

• Take additional photographs of the damaged artwork once the package is opened.
  Then, contact us promptly with this documentation so we can assist you.
